Research and report talent market data and insights
Perform the sourcing process from research, outreach, initial contact and engagement
Partner closely with the recruiters
Proactively build and cultivate talent networks while identifying talents
Subject Matter Expert in demographic analytics and reporting
Your Profile
Bachelor Degree related to Human Resources, first working experience within recruiting preferred
Understanding of the sourcing lifecycle and understanding of TA tools such as LinkedIn and Talent Insights
Good knowledge with Excel preferred, first experience with SuccessFactors, would be a plus
Solid English language skills, further languages (esp. German) are a plus
Teamplayer with the ability to learn by doing
