Job Description Summary

Focus on Quality Management System of Test Cell department

Focus on Quality Management System and its maintenance including projects / process improvement to ensure that processes and products are designed with appropriate quality measurement systems.

Minimize risk of poor quality. Developing conceptual knowledge of professional discipline. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Maintain process documentation active and enforced in assigned area to ensure consistent quality.
  • Establish internal processes required to provide high quality products and services, monitors the results of those processes with internal and external customers, determines root cause of non-conformances, and implements corrective actions.
  • Maintain familiarity with manufacturing processes in order to provide accurate quality planning, as well as appropriate improvement and corrective actions.
  • Support all elements of the quality program and drive overall quality in all aspects of manufacturing and repairs within the Test Cells.
  • Document technical data generated to substantiate the assigned components, assemblies and / or systems consistent with quality policies and procedures.
  • Improve the general, functional, and / or financial performance of the products and projects by application of quality and statistical methods.
  • Assist in process changes and new product development.
  • Act as a change agent driving towards a "Lean operation and ensure quality procedures are being followed.
  • Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience.
  • Consults People Leader or more senior team members for issues outside of defined parameters.
  • Collaborates with others to solve issues.
  • For customer and collaborative partners facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE.
  • Required Qualifications

  • This role requires solid experience in the Quality & Process Improvement. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
  • Desired Characteristics

  • Fluent Czech.
  • Intermediate level of English.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
