Analyzes agency activity within a set of assigned agencies and associated premium under management to understand trends and is responsible for realizing premium and profit objectives for Life Insurance line of business.
Assists management in the development and implementation of zone initiatives and strategies independently or as part of a team.
Serves as the primary contact point for agency support staff to build and maximize the agency / company relationship for Life Insurance.
Essential Job Functions
Promotes overall company value proposition and drives results for Life Insurance Business. Utilizes consultative skills to train on products, services and technology to achieve objectives.
Utilizes technology (CRM, E-Mail, AGM, Scorecards, STAR, BIE, Lifenet and FP.com etc.) to manage assigned agency and portfolio data and performance.
Routinely records information about agency competitors, segmentation and contact activity, maintaining up-to-date data for use within sales and business analytics team.
As needed, collaborates with other functional areas (Service, Underwriting and Product), and field zone counterparts to support broa der company objectives.
Provides coaching and mentoring to new Inside Sales Representatives. Handles special assignments and projects as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of five years sales, marketing or insurance experience. Advanced Life product knowledge preferred. Strong understanding of market in territory and Farmer's market position.
Strong product knowledge of all product offerings
