Role Purpose :
Senior Supply Chain Controller / Buyer will manage Edwards’ product portfolio ensuring optimal inventory levels and minimizing expired products.
Reporting to Manager Supply Chain EMEA he / she will liaise with Global Supply and Manufacturing, Customer Service, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Warehousing & Transportation and Quality as well as external suppliers and 3PL partners.
He / she will take lead in the Demand Forecast review for dedicated product portfolio as part of monthly S&OP process in cooperation with Regional Sales, Marketing and Finance and Global Demand and Supply Management.

Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) :
Demand Forecast preparation and review in cooperation with regional stakeholders such as Marketing, Sales, Finance, Business operations as well as Global Demand and Supply Management.
Leverage JDA Planning tool in Demand review process
Drive improvement actions to reach Forecast Accuracy goals
Support smooth product phasing in and out

New Product Introduction (NPI) :
Manage and maintain stock purchase orders for outsourced products including delivery dates tracking, stock & inbound monitoring with supplier
Support daily inventory reconciliation between JD Edwards and 3PL WMS
Act as a back-up in case of absence of team members
Required Education / Skills / Experience :
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required, Master’s is a plus
Minimum of 5 years of related experience required. Experience in a medical device and / or regulated industry preferred
Knowledge and experience of Demand planning / Forecasting process (minimum 2-3 years), preferably within an APS environment (JDA, Manugistics, APO )
In-depth experience working in ERP systems, preferably JDE
Strong analytical skills utilizing MS Excel and / or QlikView
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Result oriented. Accurate
Capability to work independently and in a geographically dispersed team
Critical Thinking Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
