What will be your responsibilities?

Collect data from diverse sources regarding the Energy Market and facilitate appropriate storage procedures

Create and maintain SQL databases

Design, develop and implement client / server applications to meet complex trading and analytical requirements in a performance-sensitive environment

Automatizing reports and data downloaders

Analyse the consistency and integrity of data

Deploy visualization tools

Maintain current infrastructure

In collaboration with our statisticians and trading, you will deploy statistics and machine learning techniques to forecast prices across the commodity spectrum

Share knowledge with other team members

What knowledge & experience should you bring?

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related Engineering / Science

Strong Python skills are a must

Up to 4 years’ experience in similar role

Must be able to work in a collaborative team while having ownership over new and exciting projects

Language skills : Proficiency in English is essential, proficiency in Czech is a plus

SQL knowledge

Work experience in an energy-related market is a plus

JavaScript experience is a plus

Knowledge of machine learning techniques and how to apply them is a plus
