EMEA Communications and Change Management Expert
Job Summary :
The role supports and part of the IRIS SAP System Deployment Team in Alcon EMEA.
Job Purpose :
The purpose of EMEA Communications & Change Management Expert role is to create value for Alcon and Novartis by supporting business readiness and adoption of Alcon’s SAP ERP (IRIS) program by supporting country and cluster teams.
Partners with Business leaders and their teams to ensure transparent communication (internal and external), engage stakeholders and enable business driven change.
Provide tactical and operational support of Communications & Change Management (CCM) deliverables in countries for IRIS EMEA deployments.
Key Responsibilities :
Drive establishment and support execution of established Change Management strategy for the Alcon IRIS Program at country / cluster level -
Drives and monitors Communications & Change Management (CCM) project plan across selected countries / clusters
Ensure Country CCM timeline remains directly aligned with deployment activities and deliverable dates are accurately integrated into the overall EMEA CCM project plan
Cascade regional change impact assessment to ensure all business critical impacts are captured, tracked and mitigated across assigned Countries / Clusters.
Implement defined change measurement approach and execute change readiness assessments in assigned markets.
Define success metrics, analyze results, execute and track proposed remediation actions together with local change lead and Country coordinator.
Manage and track organizational readiness across various stakeholder groups (leaders, associates, customers, etc.) against predefined criteria in assigned markets
Coordinate site change management related communications with EMEA region during implementation and provide post-implementation support related to business use of the system.
Provides expertise and best practices to drive customer, supplier and Third-Party communications together with local change responsible
Communicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders
Primary CCM contact for assigned countries / cluster project team members
Develop relationships with local project and business leaders to further develop sustainable CCM executional tactics within the assigned countries.

Drive local execution in partnership with business leaders and teams

Minimum requirements :
The ideal candidate will have :
University degree or master in Communications, Organizational Design, Transformation or Change management business administration, finance / accounting, marketing, or other relevant area English and Russian fluent Any other European languages are a plus
5+ years of communications experience
4+ years of experience in change management
Experience with senior management communications and interactions to drive results
Strong project management and communication skills demonstrated by results in cross functional, multi-cultural projects
5+ years experience (life sciences industry a plus), with experience with system / product deployments.
Preferred experience with SAP / ERP systems.
