  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 - 4 years of working experience as a Scrum Master in fast-moving environments
  • In-depth experience facilitating agile ceremonies and mentoring teams / individuals on agile values, design thinking, customer value, product management, etc.
  • Strong experience in driving agile transformations from design to implementation
  • Working knowledge and experience with several Agile methodologies : SCRUM, XP, Kanban, SAFe and fluid
  • Working knowledge of best practices in user-centered design like user research, hypothesis-driven development, prototyping, usability testing
  • You'll join our office in Prague, the Czech Republic as part of our Technology & Digital (T&D) team. You will spend your time with intelligent, values-driven colleagues as amember of a highly collaborative team of experts / coaches who are adept at helping organizations become better at solving complex problems, combining business insight with world-class agile development practices.

    You will work closely with our agile transformation program team to enhance agility across our Technology and Digital (T&D) function and with T&D leaders, McKinsey business sponsors & stakeholders, and global product and service teams to help teams deliver breakthrough digital products and services and continuously improve.

    Your goal will be to disrupt and improve the way Technology & Digital (T&D) teams work by increasing organizational agility to produce dramatically better outcomes and more efficiently.

    In this role, your responsibilities will range from nurturing agility in our teams to shaping our broader transformation at an organizational level working across products and services for various functional and business domains.

    You will coach leaders and teams on a variety of agile related topics including product management, design thinking, lean, engineering culture, and DevOps.

    You will be influencing the overall mission and objectives of teams by focusing on customer values, coaching teams to embrace the right mindset in ways of working (cadence, ceremonies, tools), and on-boarding new teams with the set up of working processes.

    By anticipating and identifying impediments (systematic, behavioral, etc.) and working with the right owners to resolve them, you can monitor the teams outcomes and dynamics while assisting them in improving team performance and agile maturity.

    Your strong Agile experience will propagate learning across various teams and help other members problem solve and enhance capabilities in the Agile Chapter.

    You will also help with continuous development and improvement of methods (together with the rest of Agile Chapter) and its day-to-day incorporation with the teams.

    Your will also help build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving.
