National ONP Manager accepts and lives the Red Bull ONP culture resulting in creation of kindred spirits . Being ONP Manager means being brand ambassador 24 / 7 in front of the entire team and the On Premise network.
Monitoring image standards within the Musketeer team regarding the brand premium values of Red Bull.
Maintain a constant exchange of information and best practices between Board and On Premise team. Set up and care for the communication to the whole company regarding ON Premise culture.
Permanent know-how exchange with all On Premise team members and the International On Premise Department. Securing and optimizing the teamwork with all national business units, especially Off Premise & Culture.
Communicate frequently with the international On Premise team to improve implementation of POS activations and added value activities.
Build a strong network with external agencies, key influencers, national decision makers, event organizers and the local scene in search for new collaboration opportunities.
STRATEGIC BUSINESS PLANNING AND EXECUTION
Develop and continuously evaluate the national business plan aiming for volume growth and the proper brand awareness in On Premise.
Setup sales and individual KPI’s and gather On Premise related T&A figures. Ensure ROPMs are implementing of the international key strategic programs such as Art of Musketeering, High 5s, Perfect Musketeer Coverage etc Ensure that ROPMs are developing productive, business relationships with owners and management staff of key on premise accounts in key markets.
Cultivation of the national key accounts.
Efficient allocation of the On Premise budget according to the business plan. Track, record and evaluate all results of implemented ONP activities.
Plan and continuously developing of the geographical area- and team structure. Monitors market trends and maintains data on competition observation.
Active compilation of national and international On Premise learnings and showcases
TRAINING AND DEVELOPING OF THE TEAM TO ENSURE RED BULL STANDARD
Ensure in-depth knowledge of all national and international onpremise activities, tools, concepts, and general guidelines.
Conduct trainings and continuously coach to secure a high level of understanding and knowledge how to implement it into the market.
Constant updates towards the On premise team regarding the international On Premise guidelines. Responsible for the execution of training sessions with the team.
Build, develop, and lead all direct reports as well as coach and motivate them for increased productivity. Permanent evaluate the skill level of the On Premise team to adjust training plans to reach targets
ON PREMISE MARKETING
Development (together with the On Premise Marketing Manager) marketing strategies which cover both the market needs and the international guidelines.
Implement the On Premise vision of shifting cash into added value concepts. Ensure the correct usage of all marketing tools and the right integration of our brand into the On Premise universe.
