Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for achieving personal or team sales goals & key metrics; Sales, Conversion & Units per transaction; understand how your performance impacts the results
Adhere to all company policy & procedures
Work with pace & energy in all you do; deliver an exceptional RL Experience service; demonstrate a customer first culture at all times
Represent RL through impeccable dress and grooming standards
Inspire the customer to buy, provide advice, offer alternatives and upsell additional products
Conclude the experience and provide a lasting positive impression
Maintain high standards of product availability, brand presentation and retail standards
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Relevant experience in a closely related role
Fluency in Czech is a must; the knowledge of English and / or other languages would be very appreciated
Customer experience focus
Excellent interpersonal skills supporting both a team environment and customer service
Able to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability regarding daily tasks and duties; able to work under pressure in fast paced environment
Time flexibility to work 8-40hrs. per week (incl. weekends and festive seasons)
