What you will do

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries and identify customer’s needs accurately
  • Follow-up on customer accounts through emails / calls / texts
  • Prepare purchase orders based on stocking and customer needs and Purchase Order Management
  • Conduct various PO revisions to update prices, quality, delivery date etc.
  • Internal and external stakeholder management
  • Understanding vendor creation and vendor management
  • Prepare vendor reporting and query solutions
  • Focus on clients needs and requirement
  • Update and correct information in the system
  • What you should bring

    Primary Skill (Must) :

  • Excellent communication written and verbal
  • Knowledge of English and Dutch language (both spoken and written)
  • Analytical aptitude and business acumen
  • Excellent follow up & coordination skills
  • Knowledge of computer software applications, MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint (PF) Secondary Skills (Preferred) :
  • Knowledge of Russian language would be advantage
  • ITIL Certification
  • Knowhow of Procurement or Supply Chain management
