As a Digital Marketing Manager CZ&SK, you will push towards constant redefinition of (digital) channels we use to stay in touch with the modern parent, You’ll work with tribes, personas, segments, connection moments, parenting journey milestones and other concepts to reflect changing trends in parenthood and make use of the in (digital) communications.
You will know where the parents are (both digital and traditional media), what challenges they face at what stage of parenthood and what it is we can do to support them in making the right choices for their baby.
And you’ll be able to translate that into effective campaigns . You will push us from good to great in offering the most relevant experiences and messages to the parents .
Your mission will be to :
Set and follow through with media (especially digital) strategy that is built on relevance to parents, deep knowledge of parents, personalization and business accumen
Bring in the advanced digital expertise and best practices in the areas such as SEO, paid advertising, digital strategy, community management, email marketing etc.
so that our communications reach the right parent at the right time
Be the primary contact for our media agencies to get the best possible results across campaigns and brands
Collaborate closely with campaign and product managers, social media and influencers manager and Nutriklub manager to ensure there is consistency across campaigns and channels
Gather and translate consumer insights and behavior, organize user testing, bring parents in for workshops and focus groups to update customer journey, creating the attribution models for the most effective journey across our tools and to ensure we stay connected to the consumer
Work crossfunctionally as the digital expert understanding the parents behaviour with the sales team, e-commerce manager, medical team etc.
Identify and develop content to respond to parents needs in cooperation with HCPs, influencers and other opinion leaders
Innovate and bring in new ideas and trends when it comes to digital (and other) to ensure that what we do constantly evolves
Connect with other regional and global marketeers in a similar position to develop synergies and bring global best practices to Czech and Slovak market
About you :
You speak and write fluently in Czech and English
You have 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, working the past year or two on a position involving strategic and business thinking
You understand the principles of technology behind digital communication and advertising well enough to communicate efficiently with agencies
You strongly believe in new media, new technologies and innovation.
You have a good understanding of digital strategy and digital tools and its role in integrated marketing communication
You are a visionaire with a strong drive to execute and test your ideas
You have strong analytical thinking, ability to simplify thinks and think strategically
You thrive in a fast-paced environment
You emphatize with the target group
