This vacancy fits in a continuously expanding market of sales processes and services that can be remotely triggered. In some cases applications for new products and services by the client via our digital channels are still being processed by human agents.
These agents do this processing via predetermined processes and procedures in a dedicated and accompanying tool. We are currently looking for process manager for our domain Business Solutions Competence Center to help shape and optimize these processes and thus come to the best possible E2E client experience.
