The role :

  • Manage the Inventory Management team to meet all operational objectives
  • Develop improvements and costs saving activities as well as new processes
  • Managing the deployment of finished goods and empties flows within the UK 1st tier network in an efficient and optimal way (lowest landed cost) in order to guarantee availability for both internal and external customers
  • To help manage and supervise the UKI Inventory Management team to meet the above operational requirements, whilst solving business challenges and delivering improvements
  • Accountable to support Administration and Finance teams in order to determine VLC budgets as well as deliver Service Level in line with business standards
  • Act as a point of contact to identify and analyse risks for out of stocks, whilst coordinating solutions with strong stakeholder management across the Supply Chain and Commercial teams to mitigate issues
  • Project coordination and integration, including both BSC Prague and UK Local initiatives (systems and new business ventures) whilst working in multiple business applications
  • The UK supply chain includes two ABI-owned breweries; Magor and Samlesbury, plus the new integration of Camden Town Brewery as the UK's first owned craft arm
  • Qualifications

    Who we’re looking for :

  • Advanced written and spoken level of English
  • University degree, at least bachelor degree
  • Logistics / supply chain roles (e.g. stock management, warehousing, planning, scheduling)
  • Experience in working with SAP / ERP / TMS (preferred but not necessary)
  • Project Management experience (preferred but not necessary)
  • Strong personality, drive and presentation skills
  • Team player, Team leader skills
