What you'll be doing?

When customers subscribe to our products and services, it is just the beginning of our relationship with them. We have to configure and deploy the systems they have bought into, train end-

users in how to get the most from them, and also provide ongoing technical support.

Your role will be to provide application and technical support to our customers who are some of the biggest car brands in Italy with the software technology that we provide to them.

Our Technical Support Team are natural problem solvers and deal with a wide range of technical issues, offering the opportunity for you to develop your own technical knowledge and grow a career.

On a daily basis, you'll be :

  • Taking direct ownership of software related issues through our case management system, WebChat and phone.
  • Analysing and resolving complex software product issues, using analytical, technical or programming skills
  • Making initial contact with the customer who logged the issue to understand, gather information and try to recreate the issue
  • Managing a range of technical cases at any one time at all different complexities
  • Interpreting, debugging application code and isolating issues
  • Guiding, advising and coaching other team members and our customers on issue and problem resolution
  • Documenting solutions and producing written guidance on resolution steps and procedures
  • Reporting issues and recommending process improvements
  • Providing coaching and support to other analysts within the team on product and technical issues

    You speak fluent Italian and English. You'll be working with our customers in Italian and working with your team members in English.
