Answer in-bound support related phone calls as the first line of contact for the company.
Provide basic technical support for all managed service products through customer interaction.
Performing network support and customer status in a complex multi-vendor environment.
Understanding network problems.
Advanced English skills (written and verbal).
Minimal technical knowledge (CCENT level).
Customer Service Experience Required (network industry preferred)
Secondary School / High School education minimum.
Strong communication skills.
The ability to interact on the phone with customers and their peers during problem determination process.
A logical mind-set and a passion for problem solving.
Customer and service orientation, ability to operate well in an international environment, multicultural environment.
