You want to own your career and you’re ready to write the next chapter of your career story : a challenging and rewarding role as a Key Account Manager with an exciting focus on the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join Edgewell Personal Care a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men and recently acquired Jack Black just to name a few!).

Let's Get Down To Business

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for growing distribution of Edgewell product portfolio in modern trade channels in the most cost-

efficient manner. Execute distribution strategies. Other responsibilities include; full P&L management as well as developing and executing commercial, distribution, price and trade strategy to deliver Net sales and Gross Margin.

You will also :

  • Implements sales, distribution, price and promotion policies.
  • Negotiates commercial terms, as well as annual terms.
  • Analyses data concerning category development, own sales and margins.
  • Maintains active contacts with decision makers in order to carry out business goals.
  • Implements the elements of category management.
  • Monitors the levels of stock, account receivables, competitors’ activities.
  • Actively cooperates with Trade Marketing in order to create promotion activities.

    Ideally you will have significant Key Account management experience gained within a Consumer Goods / Cosmetics / Retail company with international exposure.

    Professional experience is important. But it’s paramount you share our values and belief in challenge to win’

    In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience :

  • University degree economics / business preferable
  • Significant experience in sales department as Key Account Manager in FMCG company
  • Experience in marketing will be an asset
  • English fluent (in speech and writing), Czech fluent (in speech and writing)
  • Computer literate, MS Office.
