As part of our growth, your tasks will be to :
Support business partners / product streams and the market research team by providing timely and relevant customer and business insight.
Responsible for execution of end to end market research study, both quantitative and qualitattive (study & questionnaire design up to presentation / recommendation)
Clearly communicate expectations / limitations to business partners
Be "in the know" / knowledgeable of the market and industry trends and competitor movements (at least for the product stream to be handled)
Responsible for execution of any administrative requirement / process, as required by a research study
You know you are the perfect fit if you have the following :
Bachelor's degree (any course, ideally Statistics, Communication Research, Psychology, Sociology)
Minimum 2-3 years market research experience (agency or client sid Competencies :
Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
Good PC skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Familiarity with market research methods, both quant and qual (ex : FGD, JTB / jobs to be done, cross tabulations, price sensitivity, concept testing, etc)
Familiarity with market research tools (ex : Survey Monkey, pivot tables, SPSS)
Ability to work in a collaborative environment and elicit discussions / support from other teams
Rapidly adapt and respond to changes in priorities and working environment
Excellent communication, problem solving, and analytical skills
Experience in Power BI and advance analytical tools (not required but a plus)
Willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig City
