We are currently hiring for a Social Media Community Management Senior Specialist . This role will have the following responsibilities;
First level resolution for any consumers questions, doubts and complaints on Social Media platforms
Ensure consumers engagement and loyalty to drive digital sales
Analyze insights and consumer feedback and share result with all relevant stakeholders from different departments
Prioritizing cases, address properly product and technology issue by ensuring alignment and communication with all stakeholders
Daily maintenance of systems and platforms
Follow up of project, campaigns, technical or technology issues and initiatives which might impact consumers experience and their engagement
Providing support and data visibility to other departments (ex. DrafttLine for social media and Brand Manager on campaign effectiveness) while leading consumer related actions (task follow up, project support)
Support in further process improvements, standardization of project and operating model
Assist in training of new employees and maintain a solid stakeholder relationship
Perform other duties as requested by the team leader
Support in training to team members and assistance to colleagues or external providers
Who we’re looking for :
Undergraduate degree in economics or related field of relevant experience
Able to work on own initiative, prioritize workload effectively and follow up on projects
Basic experience with working in FMCG company or in project environment is an advantage
Advanced excel and PowerPoint skills
Use of Salesforce or Social Bakers is a plus
Fluent English and Dutch in speaking, reading, and writing
Knowledge of French is a plus
Work in a multi-cultural environment
Consumer / Customer mindset
Basic business sense
Analytical and problem-solving skills
