Principal Duties and Responsibilities* Owner of the Product Portfolio for the Hospital SC & Logistics range of Services and Solutions Product Design and Development* Builds strategy and tactical execution plans for the design of services and solutions that address the customer value chain (supply chain and logistics), that Innovate to disrupt, Segment to Win and Resource for Growth* Builds a framework for product development and collaborate closely with all necessary internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of new products to customer care abouts, commercial goals and franchise strategy.
Works with functions and franchises to ensure existing products in the portfolio are aligned, fully supported, appropriately prioritized and resourced* Integral role in shaping the future J&J MedTech Value Creation portfolio through development or L&A opportunities* Works proactively with the functions, franchises, and the broader Strategic Solutions team to help shape the pipeline by gathering relevant customer insights, industry advances and new technologies to anticipate future needs and opportunities* Works closely with the markets to build a market activation strategy that ensures successful product launch into countries across EMEA* Ensures Products are robust, compliant (Quality & Regulatory, HCC, Privacy, ISRM, Legal, Finance, including relevant local in country requirements) and scalable.
Supply Chain, Deliver, IT, GBI, HEMA, Procurement, Clinical, Marketing, and other Strategic Solutions functions* Leads and develops team of direct reports to ensure clear R&R, fosters collaborative teamwork and high performance, whilst empowering a winning culture mindset, as well as ensuring personal development and growth* Measures and benchmarks within MedTech and other industry organizations for Best-in-Class practices for solutions value to both customers and J&J* Engages the country teams to adopt and deploy these solutions as key enablers of growth and cost efficiency for their businesses* Drive efficiency and effectiveness through infrastructure optimization* Travel : 30% across EMEAThe promotion and development of our employees are key values of our corporate culture.
