You have the daily responsibility formanaging Service Level Agreements solutions within Life Sciences for different customers.
We work according to ITILand GxP processes and you contribute tothe ongoing optimization of our deliverables and processes.

Youwill be part of the Life Sciences Outsourcing team
You will join a department with about 150professional colleagues in both Denmark, Czech Republic and China. We deliverservices and solutions of high quality and act as trusted advisors towards ourcustomers.

Yourqualifications and experience
You have several years of successfulexperience in a similar role within IT services. You have a good advisorymindset and are used to having commercial responsibility and a customer-
facingcoordinating role. We expect you to have project management experience - ITILcertification and GxP experience is considered as an advantage.
Our solutions and services are deliveredout of our HQ in Denmark and our office in China and Czech Republic. It is anadvantage that you have proven experience of working in an internationalenvironment.
