Job Summary :
Novartis is currently searching for a HR Services Administrator to join our global HR team in Prague.
Job Purpose :
The purpose of this role is to provide support to HR Services team within CH / DE / AT markets.
Key Responsibilities :
Distributing the cases in case handling tool (Service Now); monitor the case pool to ensure timely distribution of cases within agreed SLA (4 hours) in accordance with the assignment rules
Provide support in case handling to service delivery team
Provide input on case handling process improvements
Archive confidential documents in SAP archiving module
Perform first line customer support by phone
Perform other basic HR Services tasks (if applicable due to the language dependency)
Perform other tasks as assigned by Functional Manager

The ideal candidate will have :
Diploma / certificate in HR / other related field preferred
Excellent English spoken and written is a must
Passive German required
Experience in international environment / team / global company preferred
