Our Prague branch looking for Team Lead Campaign Administration

What you’ll do :

  • Manage all aspect of team leadership hiring, training, coaching ensuring high quality / in time delivery of assigned tasks, discuss and resolve any team issues, performance reviews, vacations planning
  • Execution of complex / large scale online marketing campaigns according to briefed content, ensure that the requirements of every project submitted for execution are clear and achievable by the team
  • Usage of multiple internal / external marketing tools for campaigns set up and execution - emails, events, online profiling, budget management and related reporting
  • Become SME for selected technologies used in the team, focus on getting multiple levels of certification for these tools
  • Define and maintain a network of tool / technology SMEs in the team
  • Consulting on optimal tool usage both internally and externally
  • What you’ll need :

  • Have solid understanding of digital marketing projects process flow and execution to ensure the ability to successfully execute, measure and report on complex marketing projects.
  • Very good knowledge of HTML (coding and editing of html emails), MS Office
  • Significant experience with any common campaign execution / marketing automation tools (e.g. Marketo, Adobe Campaign, SalesForce marketing Cloud)
  • People management, organizational skills, time management skills
  • Communication skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to report to executives and also to interact with subordinates and team mates regularly
  • Very good English - both oral and written (Czech language not required, but is an advantage)
