We are looking for a developer to extend the Commerce team developing an omnichannel platform to run their large multi-national web stores.
Responsibilities: You will develop high performing commerce platform which integrates various backend components and exposes them to the world of omnichannel commerce. You will work closely with your fellow Developer, Software Test Engineer and Product Manager teammates, supporting each other in achieving the team goals and also to be able to question your own solution. Be proactive and independent and we will help you grow professionally, if show us you want to. We work in an open agile environment – focusing on continuous improvement, cooperation and learning from our mistakes. We are in the pursuit of code that is clean as we try hard to improve almost every line of code we touch. NetSuite’s culture has a big team focus. Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.
As a member of the software engineering division, you will apply basic to intermediate knowledge of software architecture to perform software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications or operating systems according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and occasionally suggest improvements to the architecture.
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation; displays understanding of roles, processes and procedures. Performs moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 1 year of software engineering or related experience.
