In this role, you will have to assist the Macro Process Lead in the development and implementation of all aspects of the PTP strategy, planning, execution and compliance, define and plan the achievement of goals and objectives across all PTP operations of the BSC organization, as well as monitor the service level agreements.

Our international team of 500 Logistics, HR and Finance specialists are always looking for new ways to refresh and create products, build stronger brands and have a positive impact on consumers and the communities where we live and work. The role :

  • To oversee all functional and technical aspects of the PTP BSC organization;
  • To manage the PTP process activities in order to meet departmental SLA / KPI requirements for service and quality at optimum cost;
  • To Run and assist projects for stabilization, process improvements, tool implementation;
  • To aid in delivering optimal service to the BSC customer;
  • Manage and improve engagement and Turnover results for the PTP Team Prague;
  • Responsible for recruiting, interviewing and hiring qualified PTP resources;
  • Monitor proper organizational structure, team member selection, performance management, salary administration, career planning and budget management to ensure optimal use of human resources within the PTP team.
  • Qualifications

    Who we’re looking for :

  • Advanced written and spoken knowledge of English;
  • 3+ years of experience in the accounting / finance process;
  • 3+ years of experience in managing a team;
  • Leadership skills
  • Ability to identify improvement opportunities and actively engage in implementing improvements;
  • Strong influencer, able to challenge management and staff where appropriate;
  • A highly structured and systematic approach to delivering business solutions;
