We’re looking for a Key Account Manager end user industrial segment , based in Prague, Czech Republic who’ll be responsible for building and fostering relationships with major end-user key accounts in order to maximize sales and profitability with these accounts.

You’ll be part of the Signify end-user sales department in Czech Republic and its responsibilities are to understand the next generation users wishes and translating them into impactful solutions that keep us ahead of the market.

What you’ll do

  • You’ll develop, maintain and improve relations with large industrial end-user key accounts by maximizing sales opportunities through innovative lighting solutions
  • You’ll demonstrate an excellent financial understanding, understand the business drivers and identify commercial opportunities
  • You’ll drive for the highest level of customer satisfaction by understanding the customers challenges and taking on a solution-based approach
  • You’ll create tailored smart lighting solutions that promote energy efficiency, safety and sustainability
  • You’ll ensure professional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • What you’ll need

  • You’ve a Master’s and / or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Economics, Technology or related discipline
  • You’ve gained 5+ years of experience in a key account management role selling technical products / solutions dedicated for large industrial end-users in Czech Republic (as a must)
  • You’ve gained 3+ years proven ability to achieve ambitious sales targets as well as understanding complex sales cycles at strategic level
  • You demonstrate very good technical understanding of connected systems and a result-driven and proactive approach
  • You demonstrate fluent Czech and English language skills (verbal and written) - as a must
