Currently, we are seeking a qualified candidate for a Project Manager to join our Global Human Resources organization. This position leads the planning, organizing and implementation of projects involving significant technology and / or business complexity.
The position is responsible for executing projects to enhance, expand, and modify services based on the process improvement portfolio.
Beyond standard project management expertise, the position is also responsible for driving HR solution and process design for the roll out of new services and service enhancements.
Coordinate with the Continuous Improvement Lead to prioritize process optimization projects and execute on prioritized project opportunities across processes, programs, and technologies
Partner with other members of the HR operations management team as well as service centers in other regions, COEs, and HRBPs to drive coordinated improvement opportunities and support the business strategy
Harmonize gathering of project requirements and execution of deliverables as part of deployment effort
Partner with technology teams to oversee implementation of technology changes and ensure changes to operations and processes are made in line with technology updates
Ensure compliance with HR governance standards and local legal requirements
Ensure all stakeholders are kept up to date with project progress via regular communications and are prepared for change
Ensure projects are designed to deliver on HR operations performance metrics and SLAs to ensure cost effective delivery of HR operational services
Previous experience in a similar role
Proficiency in English
Project Management certification is an advantage
Experience working in shared services or similar operations capacity preferred
Experience in successfully managing and implementing projects, including system applications, associated risk management / mitigation and supporting business readiness, communications and training activities
Experience working with service center technologies preferred (e.g., case and knowledge management systems such as ServiceNow)
Superior verbal and written communication skills; Attention to details and deadlines; ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives
Strong interpersonal, team development, and collaboration skills
