Thisis an opportunity to join the Primavera Global Business Unit of Oracle asPartner Manager for the Northern and Eastern Europe region (Eastern Europe,Austria, Germany, Netherlands and Turkey), reporting to the Senior DirectorSales Support (EMEA and India).

The successful candidateneeds to be a dynamic and motivated self-starter, who thrives & functionswith a high degree of autonomy. The individual must demonstrate an ability todrive revenue attainment and business growth through the Oracle PartnerNetwork.
The individual needs to be a competent professional with strong interpersonalskills and an excellent communicator who is able to influence at the Executivelevel as well as with primary contacts and decision makers within an organization. 

Similarly they must beaccomplished at sharing, collaborating & portraying ideas across a broadrange of business areas to increase revenue growth. 

Primary responsibilities include:
  • Revenue attainment for Channels business.
  • Monitoring the performance of partners accounts and identify areas of opportunity.
  • Ensuring partners are always in a high state of revenue readiness.
  • Generateon-boarding, new market opportunitybusiness and partner plans.
  • Responsible for engaging support resources on qualified long-term and short-term business opportunities.
  • Develops go to market partner sales strategies against forecast sales volumes.
  • Engages in key customer and channel opportunities and assists with the sales cycle in support of the region’s sales strategy.
  • Develop and maintain relationships the partner network. This includes account planning and lead generation with channel partners as well as building relationships and developing opportunities by effectively communicating and demonstrating the value of the Oracle Primavera solutions.
  • Facilitate high levels of communication to & from PGBU Management Team to the partner network.
  • Develops and cultivates relationships with key channel partners.
  • Result Linked Activities:
  • Help partners answering ROI/RFP.
  • Support partner network revenue for the region.
  • Business planning & quarterly review with partners.
  • Channels sales program management.
  • Management of contracts, agreements, discounts.
  • Management of commercial escalations.

  • Successful quota-driven sales experience in Channel/Distribution
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of sales cycles from initial contact through the procurement process.

  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel throughout covered region.
  • Thorough understanding of the EPPM competitive landscape.
  • Great personal and interpersonal skills to maintain excellent working relations with individuals from various backgrounds.
  • Experience in working in a multi-cultural environment is a plus.

  • Detailed Description and Job Requirements

    Develops third party sales channel and ensures partner achieve Oracle sales targets in the General Business space.

    As a Channel Sales Representative you will pull partners into Oracle business opportunities and manage third party transactions resulting from the relationship. Identify and develop channel partners committed to selling Oracle products. Facilitate joint selling between channel partners and direct sales team. Increase revenue from partner sources and market share through a leverage partnering model. Identify and develop joint "go-to-market" strategies and lead generation opportunities. Provides accurate and timely management information and revenue forecasts. May educate partners in Oracle commercial practices. Maintains an understanding of Oracle technology and articulates Oracle propositions to partners and their customers. Manage transaction contracts, business practices, and deal booking issues. Work with marketing to plan marketing events for partners.

    Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. May have project lead role. 5 years field sales experience within the high technology industry. Previous marketing experience desired. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Negotiating skills and ability to influence. Knowledge of Oracle field sales cycle and partner program. Ability to travel as needed. Bachelor degree or equivalent.
