Oriflame Software is now looking for a Tech Lead / Platform Architect - Market Finance to further strengthen our team
The Platform Architect isresponsible for guiding the team of developers through the project tocompletion. He / she is responsible for technical design, choice oftechnologies / components and architecture of enterprise applications.
He / sheprovides consultations to either dev teams, tech / infrastructure teams oranalysts on complex projects during their complete lifecycle.
He / she provides development guidelines so that they arereliable, scalable, secure and smart, easy to operate, easy to develop.
He / shedevelops operational and deployment models with selection and definition ofmonitoring tools and KPIs.
Defines product non-functional requirements and creates high-level architectural specifications, ensuring feasibility, functionality, and integration with existing systems / platforms
Harmonizes portfolio of his / her responsibilities within other architects
Provides advanced technical guidance, supports vast number of Applications Development
Stays current on technical specifications for requirements of .NET Framework through professional associations, trade journals, networking, and associated training and seminars
Cooperates with project and development quality assurance teams
Participates in efforts to increase performance effectiveness
Identifies key development team capability gaps proactively
Performs code reviews to either in-house or remote developers
Standardize development platforms, tools and languages
Understanding the database structures
Performs technical analyses for development of new features
Maintains the knowledge base and follows documentation process rules, models the architecture across the full application development life-cycle
What We Are Looking For
Tech Lead must have solid experience in .NET development with proven track of working on enterprise level web application projects
Evaluates design alternatives for technical feasibility and provide recommendations to development teams and business partners
Provides technical consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor
Performs advanced code review to ensure design patterns are followed and aligns with architecture standards
Works across domains and teams to optimize solutions, build competency and share experience
He / she must be strong in cooperation with other engineers and other colleagues
He / she must demonstrate strong analytical, logical thinking and detail orientation
Understanding of concepts of the cloud development and containerized architecture
Regular daily use of English is needed, cooperating with stakeholders, attending team / corporate meetings
Technical skills must have :
7+ years of experience leading large-scale web application development efforts
Technologies : .NET, C#, Web Services (RESTful, SOAP, etc), SQLServer, Oracle
Experience with performance handling, high-availability scenarios
Technical skills desirable :
Knowledge of Agile and iterative methodologies like SCRUM, KANBAN
Experience with MS Azure, NoSQL memory caching (redis), ORM (NHibernate, Glass Mapper), IoC (Windsor Castle), Enterprise CMS (SiteCore)
Relation Database (MS SQL Server, PL / SQL)
Experience with modelling and business systems analysis (Enterprise Architect)
Experience with web content management systems
Experience with the ERP systems in areas CRM
Former experience with developing client side applications (a plus)

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or similar
At least 7 years of experience in IT
