Responsibilities :

Hands-on experience with Alteryx Server administration and maintenance (including configuration, user access provisioning, log management, job scheduling, resource scaling and performance troubleshooting, vulnerability scans, patching, updates etc)

Hands-on experience with Alteryx Designer and its analytical toolset (predictive, parsing, transform etc)

Ability to provide architectural review for Alteryx workflows being developed by customers, support lifecycle of workflows (publishing, sharing, execution etc)

Experience with setting up and managing connectivity to various data sources (databases, file shares, cloud storages etc)

Able to support ops team in day to day activities, service continuity DR exercise

Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting abilities

Good understanding of unit testing, software change management, and software release management

Respond to customer requests within expected Service Level Agreements and manage customer expectations

Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and server platforms
