Job Purpose :

The purpose of the Customer Service Manager role is to assure high level of customers service through close relationships with all customers (wholesalers, pharmacies & hospitals) and accurate and efficient orders processing.

To be a business partner of all Innovative Medicine units Onco, Pharma, NTO and QA. Responsible for identification and implementation of new innovative distribution models and channels ensuring strong customer orientation.

Ensure Credit Management topics locally, externally and with the Group. Ensure implementation of Laws and Legislation.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Ensure supply of products and order processes :

  • Responsible for commercial conditions processing, drive strategy, support automated process, forecasting
  • Coordinate process of a new product assortment and launching in distribution channel for new brands
  • Ensure sufficient stock on shelves of key wholesalers for product launch period
  • Minimize stock out on in market level trough customer stock level management
  • Coordinate and ensure smooth and efficient sales order processing
  • Active in finding new efficient supply chain models / programs in order to support and ensure customer centricity
  • Consulting product managers for sales forecasts
  • Establish and run processes to optimize Customer Demand Management
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers
  • Support creation of innovative distribution channels
  • Ensure full implementation of Customer Demand Management process
  • Establish and run processes to effectively control credit management
  • Price changes compensations and bonus schemes management and processing
  • Management of Hospital contracts
  • 2. Drive quality, safety, and compliance :

  • Establish annual QA training plans for entire team and ensure they are duly followed by all team members
  • Properly escalate activities that potentially compromise the quality of products
  • Ensure applicable control activities, product sample issuance, warehouse management
  • Be up to date with Pharma regulation and update and ensure proactive recommendation.

    Minimum requirements

    The ideal candidate will have :

  • Higher degree in business administration / finances and / or comparable business experience
  • Czech and English (written & spoken fluently)
  • Business acumen : acute negotiation and analytical skills, capable of analyzing situations and making business decisions
  • Customer Services : contacts customers regarding payment management and conditions, ensures regular payment in time
  • Leadership : responsibility for effective leading of ware-house associates
  • Customer Focus : in contact with customers, orientation towards their maximum satisfaction
  • Results Focus : self-motivation to achieving desired results according to company business results
  • Communication : communication with internal and external customers
  • Expertise : Strong expertise in the Pharma market
