HR Time Management & Payroll Specialist 1. Purpose of the Job
Manage time management related requests / queries
Monitor and track time management system
Manage reporting related payroll processes
Handling urgent issues
Update related process documentation
Support process trainings

Assisting in the full processing of the monthly payroll Registration of all absence and attendance types (holiday, sickness, special absences etc) in SAP EOP
Time related data maintenance and issue / requests handling via phone and email on a daily base.
Assisting with the responsibility for the sickness supplement calculation and overtime payment calculation
Assisting with the responsibility for distributing payroll output, having checked for errors or omissions before distribution.
If errors or omissions are identified take corrective actions for next payroll run e.g. multi / reversal pay slips
Assist with the management of the People Support Services responsibility for the annual Salary Review process
Assisting with the responsibility in maintaining accurate payroll records by ensuring that records are kept in accordance with quality standards
Assisting with the responsibility for entering payroll and core details on SAP EOP to ensure cut off dates met
Assisting with the responsibility for the full Time Management related administration
Train and assist new staff, as appropriate
Responsible for helping to ensure that objectives as laid down in the Service Level
Agreements are met, providing each customer with a consistently high level of service
Creates and distributes all reports required on time (Gunar Hinke CSC; Krankheit ohne Attest; Bearbeitung durch PA; Krankengeldzuschuß; ad-hoc queries)
Takes part in the Level 5 documentation of the team processes and keeps it updated
Keep required templates and documentations up to date on a daily basis according to internal policies and other requirements applicable.
Perform other duties as requested by the Team lead
Looks constantly for quality improvement on processes
Participate in the preparation of the month end close
Participate in external / internal audit
Participate in improvement projects relating to the field
Recognize and communicate potential issues / risks with team
Ensure full compliance with AB-InBev standards, policies and procedures
Creating the sickness supplement report (Krankengeldzuschuss) on a monthly base with the update of the follow up trackers and folders.
It includes contacting the health funds and the concerned employees if it’s needed. After the appropriated calculations the payment of the sickness supplement.
Follow up the employee movements on a monthly base with the needed system updates and payments (emission; admission; permutation;
maternity leave, pension)
Follow up the incoming substitutions and maintenance (Vertretung /
Höhergruppierung) with the needed Sharp Ops updates and payments.
Follow up and update in the system with the employee shift related questions and queries
Tracking the times in excess of the working hours (overtime; long hours; hour of overhaul; )
