On this role you will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating demand and supply planning and maintain the Demand / Supply forecast.
Your Responsibilities :
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to :
Own and maintain the Demand / Supply forecast
Ensure that the Demand is in line with agreed IT investment and operating plan
Prioritize Demand (internal and business) and Ensure that priority is clearly understood
Help to identify Demand conflicts, recommending escalation of them where appropriate for resolution, and for balancing the requests for new work with the current workload
Take accountability to Ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Service Excellence scope

What you’ll bring to the role :
Degree (in Business or Computer Science) or relevant equivalent experience
Fluency in English (Written & Spoken)
10 - 12 years’ experience in project / portfolio management; financial management / project estimation; and service management methodologies (PMI, ITSM / ITIL)
Project management certification is a plus.
Experience with process design and continuous improvement.
