Marketing Content Manager
Full-time, remote in EMEA
Wings4U is a global B2B content marketing agency. We work with international clients and their customers to celebrate success and turn it into revenue growth.
We are searching for a Marketing Project Manager based in the EMEA region. This position is a great fit for people who enjoy interacting with different cultures, seamlessly coordinate creative teams, seek to understand and support clients and strive to shine light on people’s success.

Though not a requirement, let us know if you have prior experience producing case studies, customer stories or customer testimonials in B2B agency environment.
Your job will be to :
Coordinate creative teams (we call them Artists ) to ensure work meets quality standards and client brief
Manage project timelines and budgets
Communicate with clients and customers, to ensure clear expectations and next steps
Coordinate stakeholders' reviews and / or approvals
Manage production logistics (e.g. scheduling interviews, filming dates, permits, agendas)
Manage project administration, including project progress and status reporting, delivery forecasting, follow ups with relevant stakeholders
Assure content quality in regards to brand guidelines and quality standards.
You already have :
2+ years of experience in project management or production management role in the marketing field
Experience with B2B content projects
Strong English, verbal and written
Working knowledge of presentation and reporting tools, such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides
Administrative experience (data entry, analysis, forecasting, budgeting)
Proactiveness (looking for answers, if you don’t know) and openness to communicate with various people (colleagues, artists, c-level)
Ability to manage 20-30 projects simultaneously.
