In support of our ongoing growth, we are looking for an experienced Software Engineering Manager to help develop our next generation Smart Manufacturing Platform.

There are new, disruptive forces in today’s manufacturing environment, and we are ready to capitalizeon opportunities.We’re building out a new software development team to add to our existing presence in this region, with significant opportunities for future growth.

IS IT IN YOU?

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent relevant years of experience.

5+ years managing and developing a team of software engineering resources

5+ years of previous experience as a software engineer working on high availability systems with one or more development language (examples : C#, Go, Rust, Java)

Experience delivering a software roadmap, with a track record of shipping on time and with high quality

A strong command of agile development practices, preferably in a Continuous Delivery model

Strong understanding of software design patterns

Understanding of multi-tenancy models and data security

Experience working with remote and virtual teams preferred

Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Experience with cloud computing preferred

Experience with Azure and other Microsoft technologies preferred
