    HR BUSINESS SOLUTIONS SPECIALIST WITH SWEDISH - with relocation packageLocation : Prague Contract : Full-time, permanent We are looking for HR Business Solutions Specialist with Swedish.

    YOU will be responsible for the complex and sensitive cases. You may serve as a basic subject matter expert for HR operations for stakeholders within a specific group (UK / IE).

    The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have : Support the execution of HR operations solutions aligned with business directionProvide basic subject matter expertise to support data analysis, programs, processes, and employee communication initiativesProvides routine support to stakeholders on specific functional areas to facilitate the creation of value through peopleSupport the implementation of global / standardized HR processes that can be implemented at the local levelSupport the implementation of effective strategies to guide the organization through periods of change (e.

    g. , acquisition, internal growth, restructurings), enabling implementation at the local levelSupport the implementation of programs to support cultures that drive innovation and employee engagement enabling implementation at the local levelPartner with Specialist Groups and BUHR to ensure coordination of HR strategies and processes across the organization.

    We would love to hear from YOU, if you have : Associate’s or bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)0-2 years of related experienceDemonstrates customer orientation and customer service skillsComputer literate with knowledge of common office productivity software and the ability to learn customer service software applications (e.
