Your work :

  • Drives the demand management for new tools and innovative services around Digital Workspace end-user services
  • Coordinates Digital Workspace optimization potential regarding the corporate divisions’ needs, transform them into IT requirements, converts divisional service demand in into viable commercial proposals and trigger implementation
  • Continuously checks the IT market regarding relevant innovations and trends including close alignment with respective solution provider
  • Manages of a portfolio of innovative and strategic Digital Workspace Services for DPDHL
  • Supports the team in providing solutions to highly complex IT questions incl. capturing of business requirements, shaping direction, and drafting targeted service design concepts
  • Supports the team in definition, initiation, and design of respective service architecture
  • Works on capturing architecture requirements and standards, creating specifications, suggest improvements of the processes and systems
  • Assembles the overarching Digital Workspace services roadmaps, mapping the Groups IT strategy of the relevant corporate divisions as well as detailed designs resulting out of continuous service improvements
  • Becomes an Evangelist for innovative Digital Workspace Services
  • Builds the link between Digital Workspace design team architects and solution specialists You should have :
  • University degree with knowledge of the specialist technical area, or equivalent education - at least 3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written English German knowledge (written and spoken) appreciated
  • Experience in cross-divisional and international service portfolio management
  • Experience in consultancy environment
  • Architecture and design knowledge of i.e. Microsoft’s Identity and Access, Platform and Collaboration service portfolio
  • Ability to persuade
  • Relevant certifications, e.g., ITIL, Prince2, ACT, First Choice, or equivalent Notes for applicants
  • Knowledge of Telecommunications field in a large global environment is a plus
  • Experience with information security risk assessment and compliance is a plus What we offer :
