KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Review and analyze historical sales trends, sell out, stock in trade, and research demand drivers

Ensure SAP transactions for order handling are timely executed and SAP order book data quality is well maintained and up-to-date.

Support all relevant functions in creating and communicating gap closing scenarios

Support all relevant functions in preparing, planning, communicating and revising forecast for Sales Review Meeting, Activity Review Meeting and Demand Sign-off Meeting.

Adjust forecasts based on meeting outputs

Analyze forecast accuracy results, and define and implement corrective actions

Act as single point of contact to the logistics organization for assigned scope for order fulfillment subjects. Capable of resolving escalations.

JOB OVERVIEW

Finds solutions by involving planning data from multiple resources using Root Cause Analysis.

Identifies key issues and patterns from partial conflicting planning data.

Takes initiative and identifies problems in actual way of working, formulates alternatives and recommendations

Drafts limited improvement projects within a unit and introduces new supporting planning process activities.

Initiates & runs small improvement projects

Assists pro-actively Team Lead on daily operations, including managing KPI’s to agreed targets

Works autonomously within established procedures and practices

Dimensions related to Know-How, Complexity, and Accountability

Has a specialized level of skill to perform analysis as part of assigned tasks.

Specialized theoretical knowledge of generic products / services and the surrounding organization to contribute to optimization of planning’s processes.

Associate degree

Familiar with ERP and advanced planning tools, preferable SAP and JDA

Experience & Background

At least 2 years’ work experience in Business or Supply Chain environment

Experience in Supply Chain Management

Experience in working in a x-function organization
