Your daily responsibilities will include :
Support candidates during their recruitment process
Scheduling interviews and providing candidates with all the necessary information
Managing candidates’ data in internal databases
Processing travel expenses
Create and maintenance of purchase orders and monitoring of third party spend
Management of referrals
Support for the recruitment team
Requirements
Ideally 2 years of admin / HR experience
Command of English
Strong communications and presentation skills
Ability to quickly learn and understand data from multiple sources with ability to work in virtual teams and with remote stakeholders
