PicsArt is looking for an experienced Growth Product Manager to take on a leadership role on the Web Growth Team. The team sits at the convergence of product, marketing, and data, digs through data to discover key problems, insights, and obsesses about the user experience, balancing what’s right for the business and fighting for what’s best for the user.
We need an exceptional team leader with the ability to manage a cross-functional team and run a fast, nimble process.
Lead a growth team passionate about unlocking growth through the picsart.com website user experience;
Understand and be able to distill complex data sets into key findings, actionable insights, and experiment recommendations.
Collaborate with marketing, design, analytics, and engineering to design, build these experiments;
Create and define a roadmap for our marketing website, key landing pages, global navigation, SEO improvements, and manage interdependencies from other teams like CMS;
Manage and recruit other PMs, debate with content, marketing and other teams on priorities and target audiences;
Work with the team, customers, and stakeholders to identify, define, and communicate customer insights and pain points - represent the customer;
Contribute to overall product strategy - you are a leader and can influence strategy at the highest levels;
Forecast the impact of your products. Measure benefit after launch, learn, and repeat;
Understand the competitive landscape and identify ways to leverage and expand our differentiators;
Manage and lead prioritization process for requests from other departments for improvements and changes to the marketing website.
Required Qualifications :
BS degree or 4+ years of equivalent professional experience;
3+ years of proven success in a growth, product, or product marketing role;
1+ years of experience with product optimization and / or growth methodologies;
Consistent track record in using quantitative analysis to drive product and / or business decisions;
Experience managing others directly. You know what it means to mentor others and you’re adept at splitting time between managing others and rolling up your sleeves to get the job done;
Ability to define product vision, provide clear direction, set measurable goals, and give insight on industry trends;
You’ve owned and shipped numerous high-value features. Bonus points if you have experience with SaaS or B2B;
You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and are comfortable balancing thinking tactically and strategically;
You are an individual contributor but understand nothing gets done without a team.
