Main Responsibilities :
Administrate training plans, courses, classes, publish and update training content online
Enhance the existing report tool with functionalities supporting certification process
Understand training process, supporting registration (venues, training requests)
Understanding certification process - validating completion of training, triggering the certificate distribution
Map the training and certification process to other administration (purchase orders, invoicing)
