Supply Chain Leader for Tire & Wheel Assembly Department
We are looking for Supply Chain Leader who will manage warehousing and supply chain related activities in the Tire & Wheel Assembly Department.
He or she is responsible for managing warehousing and supply chain processes (including functional management of warehouse operations completed by the operations team).
Line management of warehouse operations staff is outside scope of this role.
Job description :
Parts and materials Control
Arrange / authorise all procedure / SOP for Supply-chain & Warehouse.
Managing component parts ordering (Tyre, wheel, valve, weight).
Manage other material ordering.
Managing parts and material availability status in warehouse.
Inbound and Outbound documents processing.
Returnable packaging stock control.
Non conformity parts return & disposal control with supplier.
Customer service / communication
Communication with customer, parts supplier, transport companies.
Communication with warehouse operations, Shift Leader.
Customer’s claim solving regarding supply chain and production control.
Operational communication with a customer.
Evidence of data for invoicing.
Evidence of data for component parts consumption.
Evidence of KPI data.
Data processing of forecast, customer production plan.
Inventory data processing.
Secondary school education.
3 years experience as leader or specialist in Supply-chain or Warehouse environment (preferably in Automotive industry).
Problem solving skills, Analytical skills, Planning & Organizing skills.

Persuasiveness, Assertiveness, Negotiating skills.
Very good communication, presentation and organizational skills.
Fluent Czech, intermediate English.
Desired skills, advantage but not condition :
Previous experience of working for a similar customer as Toyota or other OEM.
Significant experience in a high volume manufacturing environment, preferably automotive.
Experience of working in Quality Assurance.
Knowledge of ISO.
Good interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members.
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
Knowledge of 8D, 5 Why Analysis, PFMEA, Control Plan.
Experience of dealing with customers, suppliers and audit bodies.
