What you will do
Work for one of our key strategic clients within the Pharmaceutical and Lifesciences industry
Drive stakeholder management activities, working closely with External Manufacturing, Technical and Quality teams, client Procurement Category Managers and other departments.
Act as key point of contact for selected CMO / Suppliers within the Finished Products area, manage supplier relationships and commercial negotiations.
Conduct sourcing activities identify suppliers, perform sourcing events and negotiations with suppliers
Contribute to client KPIs, bringing innovative suggestions & risk mitigations solutions while ensuring business continuity and supply security
Monitor Market trends, identify cost savings opportunities.
Drive business adoption to procurement processes and policies.
Support clients with ad-hoc requests, change management & supplier performance management
Be part of a medium global team size (5-6 people), Direct reporting line manager being located in Prague, Czech Republic.
Take responsibility for addressing operational performance improvements, provide right guidance on day-to-day client activities for the team
What you should bring
have 3+ years of experience in Procurement & Supply Chain
have understanding of COGS drivers and possess solid project management skills.
are proficient in sourcing execution, supplier management and commercial negotiations
have good command of Microsoft Office suite, basic understanding on SAP Ariba & SAP MM
have good interpersonal skills, can-do attitude and proactive mindset
have strong time management and prioritization skills
are fluent in English and German (any additional European language will be a plus)
