The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for providing functional and technical application support to the user communities, partnering with the user community and the development team to design, test and document required technological and operational solutions to meet business requirements, and owning set-ups, configuration, rules and other key components of specified modules.
Specific Deliverables associated with this position include :
Provide functional and technical application support to business applications (QAD, QExtend, Qmobile).
Proactively partner with the user community and the development team to gather requirements, design, test and document required technological and operational solutions.
Provide real-time support to users with errors, questions, problems, etc.
Support process improvement initiatives, business-driven projects, and system modifications as required by changes to the business.
Perform detailed analysis and development of queries, reports, interfaces, etc.
Master the set-ups, configuration, rules and other key components of specified applications and maintain related support documentation.
Fully comprehend and support the business in the definition of FEI's business processes and make process improvement recommendations
Build relationships with our user community
Lead small to medium size projects
Lead technical documentation and specifications work
Supervise on-time and on-quality delivery of development tasks
Advise on applications roadmap
