We are currently looking for a positive, experienced and results-oriented Logistics Demand Planner, who will manage production and stock planning in line with the company's strategy objectives.

Key objective of the role is to ensure a continuous optimal product availability at the JTI warehouse level in long term for both CZ and SK market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Work in close collaboration with Global supply chain (Customer Service, Demand & Supply Chain Planning), factory export departments and New product development (local and global).
  • Ensure long-term product availability at warehouse level in line with entity business strategy.

  • Production / stock planning - administrate following JTI demand planning tools for both CZ + SK markets
  • Tax stamps management - manage tax stamps circulation among Customs authority and factories with the aim to satisfy production demand at right time and in the right quantity while decreasing free-
  • cash flow involved. Manage and monitor tax stamps returns and finish goods destructions.

  • NTM (Non-Tobacco Materials) management - on a regular basis monitor NTM stock level at sourcing factories with the aim to satisfy production demand at right time and in the right quantity while mitigating write-
  • off exposure / risk. Manage and monitor NTM write-off budget. Approve purchasing orders for NTM from the market side.

  • Waste management administrate agenda connected with waste management for both markets, provide regular reports (EKO-KOM) and manage external audits.
  • SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE HAS :

  • University degree or equivalent
  • 1-3 years relevant experience in FMCG on position in logistics or in supply chain with basic knowledge of logistics, distribution & warehousing management
  • Fluent in oral and written English and Czech
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel, Power Point; SAP
  • Driving license B (active driver)
  • Proven knowledge of supply chain and logistics management
  • Proven people management & team working skills
