As a Brand Manager Metabolics & Allergy SK&CZ, you will have the following responsibilities :

  • Analyze business dynamics (patient / consumer / care giver journey, stakeholders, authorities, channels, competition) and propose how to further build the brands
  • Contribute to and execute Metabolics & Allergy AOP marketing strategies and plans based on thorough analysis of market, environment, competitive and consumer trends
  • Connect with and brief Sales, Finance, Medical on marketing activity development
  • Analyse net sales & P&L and propose how to improve;
  • Go into the field to strengthen your understandings of sales
  • Work closely with Supply Chain to ensure good forecasts
  • Work with Central Team by sharing CBU activity, best practices and performance updates while implementing global best practice
  • Seek for synergies in Metabolics, Allergy within the cluster
  • KOL Management
  • Execute research projects under the supervision of Category Manager
  • Responsible for re / launches, Product development and Design and Packaging development

  • About you :

    Experience & Technical Knowledge :

  • University degree in marketing and preferably Medical
  • 4+ years of working experience in Product / Brand Marketing, preferably in a multinational pharmaceutical company
  • Fluency in English and Slovakian is a must for this role
  • Open for travelling for around 20% in CHUS cluster
  • Skills & Competencies :

  • Communication, influencing and negotiation with different stakeholders, health care professionals
  • Strategic vision & market / business understanding
  • Ability to lead transversal projects in a multi countries environment
