Job description

Responsible for the overall project management

Provide leadership and guidance to an international team of senior experts

Manage expectations and interests of different stakeholders

Financial awareness and knowledge of cost management

Secure an efficient team set up and organization

Ensure effective project and workload planning and on-time completion of deliverables

Carry out monitoring to track project progress

Provide the documentation and reporting required by the customer

Develop strategies and implement best business practices to further enhance quality of results

Reports to Head of program management.

Requirements

Engineering degree is advantage

Relevant expertise as a project manager in automotive or in similarly complex field ( min.3 years)

Proven experience in complex project and contract management

Passion for motivating, managing and developing teams in international and intercultural business environments

Effective communication and negotiation skills

Excellent analytical and decision-making skills

Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset

Fluency in English, German is advantage

PMP / Prince2 certificate is advantage
