The Business Analyst will integrate the support structure for our digital sales team. This person will work closely with the Tech Alliance business stakeholders by collecting requirements and enhancements to be implemented on the ecosystem of tools managed by the digital teams.
Part of the scope is also working directly with AWS and other tech alliance partners to automate processes to enable the co-sell motion.
Key Responsibilities :
Work closely with scrum team and cross-functional business teams to define business pain points and processes, and translate them into functional requirement documentation;
Laying out a roadmap and grooming a backlog corresponding to address the business needs;
Breaking down and prioritizing delivery into sprints;
Document current business processes and apply best practice knowledge to assess areas of improvement or automation;
Provide daily support to the delivery team (give direction, make sure that they are focused and motivated);
Work as a point of contact with other digital teams involved in the backlog scope;
Work with AWS on the roadmap planning and execution.
BA in Business, Computer Science or other related discipline preferred;
5+ years of work experience;
3+ years of Salesforce administrative experience and / or Sales Ops knowledge preferred;
Agile experience and work with scrum teams preferred.
Have critical thinking;
Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly;
Strong written and verbal skills from both business and technical perspectives;
Strong attention to detail;
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
Good business analysis and documentation management;
Experience and confidence working with cross-functional groups (ex : finance, product management, customer success, etc...);
Ability to work as a team while inspiring them.
Nice to have
It’s a plus to have some Salesforce knowledge to support the business process needs and changes. The role will include a mix of product management and business analyst tasks, including documenting and translating business needs into user stories and have the overarching goal of maximizing the overall effectiveness of the sales team.
