Who are we looking for?

We have so many inbound leads and demo requests that we are not able to cover all qualified ones with our current sales team.

On average we have over 150 signups per day and 5% of them are ready for sales team. The rest of these signups are self service buyers.

Now we are looking for a transparent, direct, no bullshit and tech-savvy sales person that will help with the managing of our current sales team, hire new team members and help them to grow.

Our sales team is still small (3 people), which means your job will also be to sell our product. We have been gaining users through online marketing and word of mouth with an automated purchasing process.

Now we are moving things to the next level, we have got our lead expert that finds the right outbound leads and serve them on a silver plate to you.

Due to the fact that we talk about SME B2B SaaS sales, which is not very well known in the Czech Republic, this job is for someone who is looking for a new challenge with international reach and can take things into his own hands.

What will be your work?

  • People management - Hire new sales people, setup new processes and iterate the current ones. Create sales overview, measure KPI, get the most performance from the sales department, have meetings with managers from other departments, collect feedback from your team and share it with others.
  • Sales contacting and communicating with interesting companies that have registered or showed interest in Smartlook, but also with companies that are not yet aware of us.
  • Looking after the SME users you bring on board and upselling where is possible

  • Passing on customer feedback onto our product team, so we can continually improve our product
  • What is expected of you?

  • Sales experience on B2B market, in IT or SaaS background
  • Experience in managing sales team
  • Organizing follow ups of inbound leads and getting them to 1on1 demo
  • Very appreciated - organizing outbound process (LinkedIn, emails and other channels)
  • LinkedIn sales navigator and other tools overview
  • Excellent command of English language You will mainly communicate with clients outside of the Czech Republic
  • Very good organizational skills, decision making with a quick execution
  • Transparency and honesty focused on building a long-lasting transparent relationship with our users
  • Good understanding of technological products or having a strong desire to dive into it
  • Full time work at our Brno office
