For our Pfizer office in Prague, Czech Republic we are looking for a Disease Awareness Campaign Coordinator .
Disease Awareness Campaign Coordinator serves as a main administrative force at Vaccine Business unit, overlooking not only inputs into major internal systems and applications, but also coordinating and providing support for marketing (CBL) colleagues regarding marketing activities.
The colleague at this role also ensures timely providing all documentations and administrative support for an approval processes.
Working with internal systems and applications : MAPP / Sharepoint : required documentation and approval for congress attendance (approval of speakers, agreements with doctors etc.
CMT : contract documentation and approval with selected vendorsCMT : consent management toolIssuing of Ariba Purchase Orders
Liaison with Legal, Procurement, Compliance and Finance department
Participate of the planning to get the knowledge about the program and the rational behind the activity (strategy, priority, target group, timing, budget, KPIs for measurement)
Operational execution of selected and agreed campaign activities assigned by the CBL who is responsible for that brandupdate promo materials based on regulatory changes based on SmPC consumer & HCP also;
fine-tuning promotional materials with agency;coordination with all internal / external stakeholders among the campaign development / execution;
measure the campaign monitor agreed KPIs;offline / online campaign keep to contact with agency to monitoring the campaign’s outputs;
coordination of operation of vendors as printing house, graphic agency, IDS, etc.;checking the references behind promotional materials based on the guidance what CBL agreed with agencies no content control;
online campaign collect all banners which appear and upload into promo tool for approval of final version; monitoring Vendor’s training aligned with their contractmanage programs with agencies f.
i. baby box (Prevenar13) or billboard (FSME-Immun)control inventory of promotional material in Geodis warehouse weekly basis, inform CBL to decide about reprint or termination and manage the reprint if necessary;
control inventory of promotional material what agency are distributing and fulfil if necessary,
Coordinating and providing of high quality office / organizational services for marketing colleagues within the department
Organization of marketing meetings (booking of meeting rooms, ordering of refreshment etc.)
Communication with suppliers regarding Purchase Orders, invoices, contracts
Good knowledge of SOPs and information to colleagues about internal processes
Supervision of Accruals monthly review
University / college graduate
2 years of experience at related area is preferred
Very good spoken and written English and Czech language
Very good PC skills, MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point
Excellent organization skills
Proactivity and positive approach, team player
Ability to set priorities and solve problems fast and efficiently
