Troubleshooting technical issues in Level 1Keeping track of work in the ticketing systemSupporting customers with technical requests - mostly via emailIdentifying and escalating situations requiring urgent attentionInforming management of recurring problems

Requirements

Fluent level of French (B2+)Fluent level of English (B2+) OR proficient level of Czech (C2) and advanced English (B1+)Experience in IT support or an interest in IT and motivation to learnUser knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows, Android or iOSAnalytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication skills and attention to detailTime flexibility and ability to work under pressureHigh school education
